Cons: they will bill for absolutely everything they can, and will bill for additional services that were never performed. Be VERY careful looking over your bill. I recently was billed $1172 for a preventative screening! When I looked through the bill, I was charged for preventative care, a diagnostic visit, and an additional $62 for using my primary care doc to treat major chronic conditions (which I have none). I've been seeing Dr. Jaeger. He works with my in figuring out my issues and getting me setup with the proper specialists.
It's great having the lab just down the hall as well. Waits are minimal, check in is simple, and I can get on with my work day with an early appointment.
I picked the CVS pharmacy across the street as well, in network and getting my Rx filled online is very easy. Love the convenience.
From the check-in to the blood draw employee Mee was very professional and made my visit pleasant. She took time and was not rushing even when it was hard to find the vein. Very nice people here
