Been receiving services for a few years now. Everyone there treats me with kindness and respect. Infrequent UA's, Dr. A is willing to try nonconventional approaches to control pain. The therapists are top notch, too. In the beginning,I was set up with a clinical pharmacist, pain mgmt psychotherapist, and a pain doc. I'm optimistic.There's hope and nothing to be ashamed of. Don't give up, CALL THEM!

I was a patient of Jackie Higgins for several years and I think she was the best. She is a very caring, gentle, intelligent Nurse Practitioner. I wanted to stay under her care at United Pain but due to insurance changes I had to move to another clinic. Thank you Jackie!!

The doctors and practitioners are great! The only drawback is Dr. Ericksons nurse. She gets orders wrong often and even sends scripts to the wrong pharmacies and it's a hassle getting it straightened out. Also I never know if orders for therapies has gone through or not. Sometimes they have and sometimes haven't. She told me if she doesn't call to confirm thst it's been taken care of, but it sometimes hasn't and again it's a mess.
