I recently visited and had my cleaning done by Loni, who was excellent at actively listening to my dental concerns. Every time I mentioned my sensitive teeth, nothing was done before, but at 32 years old, this was my first great experience. She offered me a cream to help ease my pain for up to six months. She was patient, took her time to understand my worries, and, as a mother, she put herself in my shoes. I appreciate her ability to connect with her patients. After my appointment, instead of going back to the front desk, she personally helped me schedule my next six-month cleaning. I look forward to returning and being her patient again.
Scheduled an appointment in July for September, just called trying to confirm my appointment and it was never actually scheduled? So I try to schedule another one, the girl was very nice and said she could get me in on Monday, then the call dropped. I called back, got a different girl who was also kind, but told me I could not get in until January? What is going on with this place?
We love Community Dental! I absolutely love Dr. O! She’s details oriented, makes sure we fully understands before moving forward with the procedure, and has a great team flow with her assistants.
