Have done business with ten or so kbid affiliates over 15-20 yrs in central Mn. Most have been good w photos and descriptions. Some only have a couple photos and not much of a description. (As shown) is not a description. You want to trust their descriptions if you cant visit to preview.
Very Poor locations i will never look at again for deceptive descriptions ( new w tags, but are stained, dirty , musty smelling) Kandyohi and Maple Grove. They had to see and smell the issues when photographing. Not good for repeat sales. Discussed w both, Maple Grove said too bad. Kandi refunded after discussing w two people.
I’ve purchased three vehicles so far. I love them all. We drove them over 5 hours first day and Ike has been driven over 10 hours another over 18 hours no issues as of right now… I’m from out of state they quickly deleted Minnesota fees leaving me with an even better balance. It’s been a smooth process each time. I don’t think I’m ever going back to a regular car lot long as I can get honest descriptions & great prices here. Thank you
My only suggestion is that there be more directional signs on pickup and preview days.
For example, the pickup for the Bidder Sweet Auction #17 (in Elk River) was on a dirt road with a fork in the road. The only sign was at the entrance to the dirt road.
The Upscale Lakeside Retreat Auction (Spring Park) didn't have a kbid sign off of Shoreline onto Kings Rd and the street sign had been turned around, so I missed the turn and then the kbid sign placement (from Kings Rd to W Arm) was also oddly placed and not clear.
So - just 1 or 2 more signs, would be great.
