My overall experience at different locations has been great. However, the Kimball location, reeks of cigarette smoke and so does all their products. They clearly smoke in the building on the regular.

The item we purchased at auction was VERY heavy! Jeremy H. was awesome and helped us load it into a U-Haul, and even followed us all the way home to help bring it inside. We paid a little more than we wanted for the item at auction, but Jeremy’s help made up for it!
