The item we purchased at auction was VERY heavy! Jeremy H. was awesome and helped us load it into a U-Haul, and even followed us all the way home to help bring it inside. We paid a little more than we wanted for the item at auction, but Jeremy’s help made up for it!
I have made numerous purchases online and am satisfied with the process. All auction houses I have dealt with want their customers to be satisfied.
Buyers MUST read terms and conditions for each seller they want to deal with. Each seller has their own procedures.
Be aware that auction fees are deducted directly from your sales receipts. If you have questions about fees ASK ahead of time.
Sellers note your items may have special points that would encourage bidders to buy your item, talk to your seller about those. You will know details they may not.
I like the low cost prices but realize tweaks here and there are needed for some items to run properly. I don't like that when I questioned the guy in charge about buying some items outright at sold auction prices that I was told the selling prices for fork extensions were around 50 dollars and he told me they were 150 dollars. I can prove it wrong. He made no effort to sell me anything outright. My successfully ownership business life tells me when you can make a sale you DO IT.
