Ben and his partner came and fixed my fireplace! They found the problem and fixed it, they were polite, helpful, and left things looking nice. They know what they're doing and do it well. Thank you.
Matt, Mac and Etse were fantastic techs! They were very professional and were patience with all my questions and making me understand what they were doing and how things work. They were great. Maggie in the front office is always very easy to work with and always has a friendly demeanor. I would recommend Countryside for your AC/Heating needs.
Ben was really professional and polite, however he did crack the cover for the mini split while disassembling it. Not a huge deal but still when you’re paying thousands for a system you want it to stay nice.
The louvers were making a clicking sound and all he did was tighten a screw to make it stop. I was charged $159 for the house call. I get this company needs to make money, but the prices are astronomical.
