Steve was amazing! He came out and fixed my washer for me, he was able to fit me in the day after I called him! He diagnosed it immediately and gave me a quote for a repair on the spot. The part we needed was a special order but he got it in within 2 days and was back out to fix it right away. He was very informative and did great work for a great price too!

We had an issue with our dryer and needed someone reliable to take a look. Steve came out to our home in Otsego and did an amazing job! He was punctual, professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the necessary parts and got our dryer up and running in no time. The pricing was fair, and he took the time to explain everything to us. It’s not always easy to find trustworthy repair services, but this was a great experience. Was impressed at how quickly he responded to my calls/texts and was able to come out. He seemed to know very quickly what was wrong with my dryer and it was wonderful that he had the part on hand and was able to fix it right away.
