USA Vein Clinics - Maple Grove

Awesome experience - neurodivergent with high anxiety, everyone is so kind and calm, they walk you through everything. Sam, Scholastica, Barry & Dr. Surmak are an amazing team, this is the beside manner every patient wants.

I had RFA done to the GSV on both sides - pain was minimal, and I can be a wuss. The most it felt like following the procedure, is like day after a good workout. No issues whatsoever. I also had USGS, which are shots targeting smaller veins. Again, minimal discomfort, had no side effects from this either.

Biggest thing? My legs feel so much better!

Dr. Andrew Surmak and his staff at the Maple Grove location are great.How ever beware of USA Vein Clinics billing and prepare for long phone waits.I received an email telling me that my payment was over due and they were going to charge the card they had on file for the overdue amount and to call their billing with any questions. At this point in time I had not yet received a bill. After calling the phone number 8 times in a row sometimes using two phones. most calls were disconnected after 3 min but one was on hold for 30 mins. Excellent experience the staff in the maple grove location are the best. They treat you as though you were family. I recommend if treatment is needed go to this location you will get the best treatment.
