Want to give a shout out to our realtor Scott Carlson of BRIX Real Estate. We live out of state and were looking for a second home to be near our grandkids. We were fortunate to find Scott. He was personable and easy to relate to. He helped with our search, providing insight, and guidance. Once we identified the area we wanted to be in, he was proactive in not only identifying properties for sale, but also canvassing property owners directly to see who might be considering selling. Scott does an excellent job of communicating through the home selling process. He truly made our experience appear that our sale truly mattered to him and we weren't just another transaction.
Our experience with Scott was amazing! We are first time home buyers and he did such a thorough job of walking us through the process. He helped answer all the questions we had and took the time to provide valuable information to better strengthen our knowledge on purchasing a home. Scott was very flexible and able to work with our schedule for all showings or meetings. During showings, we felt very comfortable exploring each home at our pace and learned a lot from the things he pointed out. He listened to our needs and took our feedback to help refine our search. We really enjoyed every part of working with him and would highly recommend his service to anyone!
