talked with Joe on the phone for about 10 min about an issue with (what i thought was a plumbing issue, but turned out to be a well issue). He was incredibly helpful and actually spent time with me to try and figure it out. In the end, he said, "that's just not our specialty," and was honest with me on what his capabilities were. I think that's pretty solid.
Joe and his family take great care of our plumbing needs. They always leave my house looking better than it did when they got there. They are kind, courteous, professional, and skilled. If the price is slightly higher than some plumbers (I have not compared) it is worth it.
