This place was amazingly well run. Beautiful, clean, helpful and really nice ppl there. Especially Pam L at the front desk 2nd floor. Thanks for the experience as I don't travel to Bloomington too often.

staff always treat me with respect and listen to my concerns. i saw the recent review about their experience with john d. welter, and while i can’t speak for their experience, mine has been very different (funnily enough, i also have him as my doctor). anywho, dr. welter listens to my concerns, takes my health seriously, and is very caring. he makes me feel heard and cared for as a patient, so it was interesting to read about someone having a different experience
