This place had a weird smell. It seemed to smell like mold. Nonetheless, the services I received were subpar. I paid a lot of money and I didn’t get any result and when I vocalize my frustration being minimized it and dismissed that I wanted more money. All these people are money hungry salesman who are pushy and want more money from you. Buyer beware

I received bad service. The pregnant woman seemed angry she had to be at work while carrying. My appointment was hijacked by her personal problems and her breath was horrible. Save your money for a better place to spend your hard earned money.

Very disappointed with my results. I spent close to 4,000 after 2 Visits on Voluma , Botox… Honestly I can see a little lift in my cheeks, but not much. I also was concerned one cheek was higher than the other. Around mymouth I see such a small result and that was my main concern. I did go back a few weeks later and I did let them know I was disappointed with my results. She showed me the pictures and honestly it was hard to see the difference. That is when I was told I need a lot more work done we weren’t even half done. My heart dropped I certainly could not afford to spend anymore money.. Honestly The big problem I have with this is after spending all that money and getting such small results I was told I was only half done. I feel sick that I spent so much money and the results were so small! I will not go back because I am done giving them anymore money!

Called twice during business hours one day to make an appointment and nobody answered the phone. Went to the website and made an appointment. The service desired was not listed on the appointment form, and only one person was available to make an appointment with on the form so I did that. Two weeks later and the day before the appointment they called said the service isn't offered at their location and I need to start over and call a different location. Lot of opportunities here to improve the customer experience - answer the phone, modify the online form so this doesn't happen, or notify the customer of the issue within 24 hours of booking the appointment.

Dishonest and incompetent. The staff will sell you ANY service, whether it's right or wrong, in order to make money. Management only concern with making a profit.?
