I had to wait quite a while (20+ min after my appointment time) but once brought back, the entire staff was apologetic about the wait (including the doctor). I was able to get my procedure done same day as the doctor was willing to squeeze it in, which was awesome! I thought I'd have to come back as the appointment was only supposed to be a consultation. Thankful they were considerate of my time despite running behind. Now I don't have to make an extra trip back!
Excellent care, ease of financing, the provider and Assistant took amazing care of me. Extremely grateful for the option to have gas included in my procedure. Highly recommend and probably the best oral surgery place overall that I’ve ever had.
The experience of an A+ appointment started right when I walked through the door. I was greeted right away with a smile then was brought back within a few minutes. The assistants were very kind, helpful and informative. The Dr. was amazing with great chair side to go along with her top notch skills. I was nervous when Thinking about my appt. but the entire team made me feel welcomed and assured me I was in the right place!!! I would definitely recommend Dr. Koning all day long!
