Keystone was the absolute best to work with when it came to getting our roof replaced! We had extensive damage from hail, and our insurance company repeatedly denied our claims to have a replacement done. Mitch & Jared worked directly with our insurance company on our behalf to prove the damage and in the end, have the claim approved and install a new roof. Keystone’s communication was excellent, particularly Mitch at Keystone keeping us updated throughout the entire process and being professional and personable at the same time. Had to file a claim with my insurance for a brand new (5 month old) roof that was leaking into my utility room. The previous contractor who installed the roof has been a nightmare. Denny came out to assess the damages, got on my roof in the middle of winter and found the source of the leak. He was able to fix it at no charge! Damage was due to the previous contractor’s negligence. He saved me from the headache and hassle of dealing with my previous contractor for repairs. Denny was a genuine, honest and all around a great guy to work with. I will definitely call keystone builders for any of my future home needs!
