I work with Lila! She gave me EXTRA personal TREATMENT! Found more better laser to my skin and my hair ! It’s less painful and more easy to go through each procedure!!! Scheduling my appointments only with Lila from now !!!Great professional!!! Extra caring !

Maple Grove was so far my best experience at ideal image. Prior to this visit I wouldn't have recommended ideal image, but the Maple Grove location was a totally different experience. I wish I had done all my treatments there, not St. Paul or Woodbury.The nurse was very cautious and careful after learning my prior treatment I had gotten pretty bad burns. She listened to me and that was the first time I felt comfortable.

Very kind, friendly, and welcoming staff! They were so knowledgeable and helpful when I went in for my appointment. Everyone greeted me at the front desk and I will be glad to be back! Recommend this location to everyone looking to do hair removal!
