I love working out in the heat - I don’t get muscle soreness!! I truly believe I get more workout in less time. In 4 months I have definitely gained strength and trimmed down. The staff members are so friendly and helpful.
My friend and I tried HOTWORX in Maple Grove out and absolutely loved it! We like to try different gyms and workout types. This is one of our favorites! The combination of the sauna and the workout is unbeatable!
Started in Dec 2024 and loving it! Down 10 lbs while also eating right bit definitely noticed the inch is coming off! Always clean and the staff has always been wonderful and curious.
