Jake and his assistant, Johnny, were highly knowledgeable, most efficient and very respectful throughout our Comfort Matters plumbing appointment. All procedures were thoroughly described and questions well answered including great smart phone tech features. (Water softener installation and other plumbing repairs)
We survived! At one point i had leggings under jeans, a turtlenck under a sweater, under a zip-up fleece jacket, socks, slippers, and a down winter
The new furnace is in and the house is toasty! We have a fancy new system with a heat pump, a super efficient air filter, and a thermostat that I can control with my phone! What will they think of next? We used a local company, Comfort Matters. We didn't get a bunch of estimates because we were in dire straits, freezing our tuchuses off. Eric was really fantastic! Came out and assessed the issue very quickly, not only that he spent the time to explain All the issues and pulled out a visual guide for my wife and I to understand what he was explaining. Truly wonderful service and a very nice guy!! Thank you very much Eric!!
2025, Alex was a truly kind, knowledgeable Gentleman! I really mean that.
