I had a fantastic experience! I had to go in for a crown and the dental assistant, Rylee was absolutely AMAZING! She was very sweet, understanding and explained everything that was going to be happening before hand. Dr. Gueringer was also AMAZING! His attention to detail is insane and he is very kind! Highly recommend going here if you’re looking for a dentist!
Had the best experience today at Brook West! I stopped in to pay my bill, and while I was there, the sweetest hygienist, Rebecca, checked to see if they had time to do a scan I needed. She brought in another wonderful assistant, Mandi, who was able to fit me in and get this done for me — I didn’t even have to ask. That kind of kindness and customer service is rare these days. Huge thank you to both of them for going above and beyond and making the whole experience so easy and welcoming!
I recently changed dental clinics and I have been very happy with all of the staff. They are kind, honest, caring, incredibly professional and truly want what's best for their clients!!
