Calvin came out to take a look at our roof after a series of storms. He did two things I do not think any other roofer would do, he told me our roof has not sustained any damage and he found a piece of flashing that was loose so he fixed it without charge! There is no question I will call these guys when we do need some work done.
As much as I don't like to spend money on storm damage repairs, working with Calvin Benedict made this experience a smooth one. He was easy to contact and his responses to text and emails were great. He was able to keep us in the loop during the roofing and siding work being done. I appreciated his honesty, and the effort he put in making sure inspections with adjusters were complete. I would highly recommend Calvin as one to call for any work needing to be done. Thanks Calvin.
We experienced a leak in our roof this past summer and Bold North Roofing came out promptly, thoroughly explained the problem, and temporarily fixed the issue free of charge! It was incredible customer service. Highly recommend.
