Nahla is so great! A few years ago, I bought a laser hair removal through Groupon. We started having the sessions and half way in, the laser removal machine unfortunately broke and around the same time I was also diagnosed with cancer. I had to step away for over a year from the laser hair removal due to my cancer treatment and Nahla was so kind and understanding. She quickly replaced her laser hair removal machine to a new one and was patiently waiting for me to complete my cancer journey and was willing to honor the laser hair removal treatments to start from the beginning, even though we already completed about half of the treatments to begin with.
