Always a great experience here. The staff is very knowledgeable, and they do a great job of making you feel comfortable and taken care of. Everyone is friendly, approachable, and clearly very good at what they do. I’m really glad I found this eye care center and would absolutely recommend it.

It was so refreshing to go to a new eye care clinic where everyone was so friendly to work with and so welcoming. The eye doctor was so kind. She welcomed me with a smile and was very interested in me and getting to know me as a new patient and she ensured that I had an excellent experience with my eye exam. She was very thorough in explaining everything and even cared enough to share how I can improve my eye health. I recommend Bass Lake Family Care to anyone who is interested in a great experience for your eye care!
