Steve, our sales person, set us up for an absolutely awesome experience. Our windows turned out terrific. We bought the best they had to offer and it shows in so many different ways. Not only do the windows look and work great, they were priced where we needed them to be. From the initial sale, helping us to specify what we wanted and needed, from woodgrain and color match to upgrading to triple pane coated and tempered glass where required, scheduling the project by the office people, communicating the status, production of the windows, Oh, and the install process, was absolutely fabulous.
