Joe was a great person to rent with. Any issues we had with our rental were immediately addressed. He had great communication with us. Definitely choose Top Tier Management over other rental companies in the area!
Spent two years renting through Joe, by far the best landlord in Mankato. He is quick to respond and resolves any issues at hand. Also, the properties are up to date and high quality.
Joe is a great landlord, he responds quick and helps with anything we need. He is very efficient and owns great properties. My house is beautiful and just a few blocks from campus. 10/10 would recommend Top Tier Properties!!
