Everyone is so nice and easy to talk to. Makes going to the Dentist more enjoyable and something to look forward to. Getting repairs or a cleaning is the easiest; bc no pain and hassle Free. Thanks so much 😊.

I have recently called this place to get some assistance with dental, why in the world would u have this as a business to call with insurance and they continue to tell u there not taken new clients that is poor business and this company should be reported or hire more staff members to assist in others who need this service..

Edited review: First appointment fell through, as some people read. I am here to update, as I believe in multiple chances. I am leaving Open Door with an improved rating, from 3 to 5. They called back before the year was up, and let me know they did have something available. I met with the insurance navigator, she was kind and listened intently to what I was asking. She gave me all the information I needed to move forward with insurance options. This is great, and the kind of change I admire. It's truly nice to have a facility that many can go to without having to pay an arm and a leg!
