Michael came to my home to take a look at my older system and he was very easy to talk to and honest. I was very comfortable with the experience. It’s also comforting to know this is a local company and that the owner learned from his grandfather who started the business. It’s harder to find that sort of thing these days. Also their equipment is made next door in Wisconsin. I plan on purchasing my equipment from McGowan just bc of this alone! I’m calling them Monday as soon as they open.

Called McGowans this morning and let them know my Iron Curtain was just running all the time. Mike was super helpful and had Tyler the service man out this afternoon. 35 to 45 min later problem solved. Great service. That young man deserves a raise.
