Hot Shot Jetting was absolutely fantastic and very responsive. When we initially called them about a backed up drain - they said that they would be at our house between 3-4pm. They were there at 2! Which was great! I do wish they had notified us of the time change, but we were happy to see them earlier. Ayron was quick and very informative and talked us through the problem (tree roots). Will definitely be contacting them with any future problems!
