Tenants have had a great experience renting with Connect, with maintenance being timely, payments easy, and management friendly. When a recent after-hours emergency occurred, management responded quickly, identified the problem, and had maintenance fix it right away. While one tenant experienced some issues with the termination of their lease, such as delays in receiving their security deposit and additional charges, they acknowledged that this may have been due to a new property manager. Overall, Connect Property Management is described as a decent place to live, with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
I’m currently a resident through connect property and I recently had an after hours emergency. I called them a little before 6pm and management was there within 10 minutes. They figured out the problem and had maintenance come and fix it right away.
Rented with Connect for a little over a year and overall had a positive experience living in the apartments. Concerns were often addressed promptly with our previous property manager. However when we terminated our lease our apartment building had a new property manager who had not provided our security deposit/written statement even after the 21 days required to do so after the termination date of our lease in MN. She was also (in our opinion) unprofessional when asked for more information on additional charges taken from our deposit (well within our right to do so). I rented with Connect for 3 years, our townhome was clean upon move-in and all maintenance requests were completed within a week of submitting them! They’ve always been responsive and professional, if you’re renting in Mankato or North Mankato, RENT WITH THEM. I’ve rented with 3 other agencies previously, Connect is BY FAR the best.
