From start to finish, the whole project went smoothly, and the results are even better than expected. The crew arrived ready to work and did an outstanding job. Customers were informed throughout the entire process, and the team made it easy to understand each step. Older homes no longer have any basement leakage, and new sump pumps are installed perfectly. The team is great, friendly, and respected homes throughout the process. Work is completed in one day, with thorough and professional service. Customers have used them for over 5 years with no water problems. The team is accommodating with scheduling and genuinely cares about their customers and business. We had two of our basement walls reinforced with steel beams as they were bowing significantly, including an uncommonly large wall.
They remediated both rooms quickly and were very informative and upfront about the process. They also worked closely with us to try to fit within our budget and room constraints.
Because one of the rooms was finished, they also rebuilt the finished wall, including reinstalling drywall, and reassembled the platform seating. It was a great experience from start to finish!
