We hired Criterium to look into some bowing walls/uneven floors. What I appreciated the most was that they didn't jump right to solutions, they did a thorough audit of our concerns and provided a multi-page report outlining each of the areas we reviewed. They were able to review the structure, landscaping surrounds, and confirmed that the house was in good structural condition. Huge weight off my shoulders after having their team review and give us a list of solutions to consider. Highly recommend them if you have any structural concerns around your home.
Friendly office staff, and quick availability to get a professional engineer (PE) onsite to review structural concerns for a residential home purchase. If you need a PE review for a real estate transaction, give them a call.
