Bob came to us at the dump station at Lac Qui Parle State Park where we were unable to start the rig. It was after hours and almost dark. He got us jumped using a high level booster and we were on our way!

The guys from Outlander Mobile RV Repair are the best, they answered the phone on a Sunday morning. They were at my RV within 2.5 hours of my call and had the heat fixed in under 1 hour. They had parts on hand and worked fast and safely to get my heat fixed. Thanks guys

We had an issue with our transfer relay switch. It had malfunctioned due to loose ground wires and was actually becoming a fire hazard. I called Bob at Outlander at 8 pm. We’re in a very rural part of Minnesota and Outlander advertised 24 hour service. He drove an hour and a half to us that evening in order to diagnose our problem. He arrived at 9:30. We needed a new rely and he didn’t have the part. He was able to bypass the relay and fix the problem so we could safely have shore power during a heat wave.
