Jim was right on time to save the day from sweltering heat. Our air conditioner's fan wasn't spinning. Jim had the needed part in his truck, and we were up and running lickety-split. Jim took the time to educate me on how to properly clean the outdoor unit, and he explained the reasons why I have to wrestle with my furnace filter every month.
