I called today take an appointment for a hair color. The lady than answered thought I was someone she knew and thought I was playing a joke on her. I couldn't convince her that I wasn't her friend. I wouldn't come here if they offered to color my history for free. I hope lori tells you it wasn't her that called. You just lost a customer.
