I have been taking my laundry to Pilgrim Cleaners in Long Lake for a few years now. The Manager Alyassa is very friendly and attentive to my requests. Do to a medical condition she put a rush on cleaning I needed the next day which was carried out without a flaw. She always greets me with a large smile and calls me by name. I have found other members of the staff to be friendly and also outgoing. I have never had an issue with missing clothing and items that I left in pockets were returned to me when I picked up my order. I hope the current staff remains in place for many years. R. My wife and I have patronized Pilgrim Dry Cleaners for at least 20 years. We remain loyal, given the quality and timing of their service. Equally important, we have developed friendships with a few of the longtime employees. We have only recently moved our location to the Long Lake store. Emily is an absolute gem. We remember her when she was at the hwy. 55/cty. road 24 location. We could not be more happy.
