Thanks to Jeff, I'm sitting in my new home today! I started looking in April 2024 with a couple of other realtors who were good, but they weren't the right fit. I found Jeff through the Dave Ramsey website. I bet we've looked at 30 houses, probably more!! And we looked all over the metropolitan & in northern/southern/eastern/western suburbs, too

Jeff is seriously the best! Although we had few encounters, he went above and beyond to make sure we got the home we wanted at an affordable price. At every showing, Jeff spent time pointing out good and bad features of the homes - this was great for us as first time homebuyers. When we found a home to put an offer on, Jeff wrote up the letter in his vehicle coming home from vacation! He also gave us expert advice during our negotiation and appraisal phase which worked out in our favor to save us some major dollars. Jeff is one of a kind and we were so lucky to have him as our realtor. I hands down recommend Jeff for any of your realtor needs!!

Jeff was awesome to work with! He helped me sell my home and purchase another. Along the way, he was patient, informative, and available when I needed him. Although I had purchased before, I had never sold. Jeff gave great advice and assisted in staging the home for sale. My house sold above the asking price within the first weekend.
