I came to align to proactively get ahead of the aging process and to continue optimizing my health as best as possible. I didn't come because I had a problem, but upon receiving my X-rays, I realized that if I wouldn't have come, I would've had a problem sooner than later, and it would've been too late. Align has changed my life and outlook on my health. They truly educate their clients so that we may understand what is happening within our spinal health and how it affects all facets of our lives vs just doing adjustments and scooting us out and not telling us how the adjustments are helping us.
