Element Hearth and Home arrived on time and were very engaging and were happy to explain their process along the way and answer any questions I had.
After the complete inspection inside and out I was shown the camera footage from inside the chimney and that is was clear and did not require a cleaning. After some discussion about any changes to to our place in the past couple years, I noted that we had spry foam insulation put in as well as new widows recently. Showed up on time, very Profession and courteous. They made sure not to make a mess when cleaning. When they were done with the inspection they explained everything very well. I highly recommend.
