Jason helped us trouble shoot a leaky roof near our chimney. We thought initially we just needed to fix the flashing, but when Jason dug into the problem, we found the chimney extension that was done 25 years ago had an improperly installed vapor barrier and the entire southern side of the chimney was at risk of crumbling. Jason reworked the cap and over half the chimney with proper vapor barrier and rock face. It is so nice to not worry about drip-drip-drip every rain storm. Highly recommended.
Left a message over the weekend letting them know that we would like to get someone out to inspect our chimney. I got a call back right away the next business day and was scheduled. Jason called and let us know when he would be on his way to our house. He inspected it, showed us pictures of our chimney, and explained the process. He also took time to inform us on how to utilize all the different settings on our fireplace. Overall excellent experience and I would recommend them to anyone!

Element Hearth and Home arrived on time and were very engaging and were happy to explain their process along the way and answer any questions I had.

The key was when we put in a furnace into the cabin last year the spray insulation was used in the basement/crawl space...read full review
