Body Restore Studio is AWESOME! I have experienced the Cryo facial & Cryo Toning there. The ambiance is peaceful and very inviting. I have met with both Beth & Crystal and the appointments were great? If you haven’t tried any of the services they offer, you are missing out….try at least one????
I had the opportunity to try out the spinal flow technique by Crystal Benson at Body Restore Studio recently. As I have never gone through it before, I really had no expectations. The atmosphere was very relaxing and peaceful. Having battled migraines of various levels for a long time, as well as at the time of the session, the biggest takeaway was the migraine being gone. Two weeks have now gone by since I went through the spinal flow technique and I haven't had a migraine ever since. Just that alone has definitely improved my quality of life.
