I’ve been by this shop several times and love the creative drinks. They offer some tasty and nutritious alternatives to coffee. They also have some pretty rad meal replacement shakes!
I don’t live close by but I make a point to stop in w I drive through the area.

I cannot gush enough about how incredible Elizabeth (and her team) is. The food and shakes are beyond incredible - but they do so much more. And the best part: you know they really care about your health journey. Like truly and sincerely! Highest recommendation! p.s. You gotta try their warm protein shakes on a cold winter day. I'm telling you guys - mind blowingly great!

If you're in the area and want a tea or shake, it's ok at best. Definitely not worth going out of your way for.

I get a breakfast bar every week from Elizabeth at Incredible Nutrition and they are fantastic. Not only that, but she does an incredible job of promoting a community like feel. 100% recommend!

I came to Liz Thomson and Incredible nutrition 4 U in February 2024 with some terrible stomach and digestives issues, among other things. She has been the best Health coach I've ever had, and through her guidance I have have all but eliminated those long suffering issues and have also gotten my diabetes under control. My general health and quality of life have taken a 180 deg turn for the better and I look ahead to continued health improvements going forward. The Herbalife shakes taste great and are easy to pack and work well with my busy schedule. They have also added an infrared booth which has helped my arthritic situation immensely. Stop by their shop on Rice street - you won't be disappointed!
