Dr. "Kay" is gentle and caring. He always makes each visit comfortable and explains everything well. He is very calm. He also makes sure you are well numbed before procedures and adjusts accordingly throughout. The dental hygienist we usually have is delightful, gentle and very knowledgeable about everything. They explain things in a nonjudgmental manner. The front office staff (scheduling and billing) are kind, caring and very helpful. My daughter's front tooth broke in half. Dr. Kay was able to repair it by artistically creating the other half and matching it identically, making it look natural. The quality was so good it has lasted several years so far and still looks great. The office also plays KTIS in the background for an uplifting mood.“
