Shaina was wonderful to work with on the purchase of our new Arctic Summit XL hot tub! She answered our many questions and steered us to the right tub for us. And the delivery and setup went great too! Chad, Brandon, and Blake were all super friendly and helpful as they walked us through the initial setup. Looking forward to working with them going forward since everyone has been very professional and courteous throughout the process!

We purchased a new Arctic hot tub from A-Pro back in June. While there were a few hiccups on the installation of the hot tub, they worked through the issues and finished a good install. They even stuck around later than normal to finish the install.The hot tub is great!!!! My wife uses it multiple times a day for therapy and it has helped her tremendously. Definitely an improvement over our 15+ year old beachcomber.Thanks!

Thank you A-PRO Pool and Spa for another great pool season. Chad, you, and your team are professional, knowledgeable and always courteous. From opening to closing, you have again provided excellent service. We appreciate Brandin's cheerful weekly-service and his excellent care for our pool. The times we have called the office, Shaina and McKenzie have taken our questions and messages and passed them on to the appropriate people. Thank you for your help and timely communication. Blake is a Jack -of-all-trades and has helped us several times this season repairing, servicing and replacing pool parts as needed.
