Because of the prior service and information, it was time for retirement of our 2008 spa and purchase of an Arctic Spa. Meeting with Shaina and finding out the best fit for us, we made a purchase. The service here is wonderful, we just bought a hot tub and they removed our old one and gave us a couple weeks to fix the area the new one would go, when we called and said that we were ready they delivered next day! I would recommend anyone who is in the market to go check them out!
Shaina was wonderful to work with on the purchase of our new Arctic Summit XL hot tub! She answered our many questions and steered us to the right tub for us. And the delivery and setup went great too! Chad, Brandon, and Blake were all super friendly and helpful as they walked us through the initial setup.
