Just a great experience all around. Our heat pump/furnace needed replacing. We got a number of estimates (and a lot of conflicting info) from different HVAC contractors. Jeremy was prompt, great with communication and really knew his stuff. He actually took the time to do a "J" calculation and size the proper equipment which nobody else did. The crew was friendly, careful and skilled. The whole thing was fantastic…and I am not easily impressed!
Jeremy, Ann, and the rest of the team at Always There Heat & Air are complete professionals. They helped get me through the financing to purchase a new Furnace and AC unit, and had a prompt install time. The crew worked hard and got my new system installed in a timely manner. On site, they were friendly, hard working, and cleaned up after themselves. If you need Furnace/AC attention, I’d definitely recommend reaching out to them.
