I have had countless massages in my life from many different therapists, but I have never experienced results like this. After seeing Shelby at Lauderdale Wellness Center, I walked away completely pain-free—not just for the day, but for weeks. I now pre-book with her every 3 to 4 weeks, and her work keeps my body feeling great the entire time between appointments. Her unique touch and technique are unmatched. I will never go to anyone else!

Dr.Malzer is amazing! He's easy to talk to, spends the right amount of time with you and listens!! He's also quick witted and funny! I also walk out feeling better physically and mentally! I've been seeing him 11 years and won't go any where else!! The building has a history and is always clean and relaxing.

I have had back pain for over a year, and only Dr. Malzer was able to help me. I went to several doctors, physical therapists, and other places, but I didn't see any progress. Dr. Malzer is great! He explains things very well, gives lots of ideas and exercises to help with the problem, and is always available to change the schedule whenever necessary. I recommend him 100% for any problem you may have. Today I feel much more comfortable whenever I feel that my back is not well, because I know I can go see him and he will help reduce the discomfort. Best chiropractor in MN! PS: He likes soccer so it's always cool to talk about it during the sessions.
