They are responsive, professional, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about all types of stains. Shannon always tells me exactly what is going on, and how he is going to solve it. Shannon did an AMAZING job on our basement carpet! We just moved into a forclosed home in South Minneapolis. We thought we would have to replace the basement carpet because it was so stained with red and brown stains and to my astonishment all the stains were gone when I got home!!! I can not believe the AWESOME job Shannon did— there is not even a hint of red on the cream colored carpet!!!! We have used Shannon for all of our carpet cleaning needs for years, but this job exceeded all of my expectations! THANK YOU a million times over, so much appreciated!!!!
