They worked directly with our bank to ensure the project was consistently within budget. Bob kept in regular contact with both us and the sub-contractors we worked with (interior design, carpentry, plumbing, electrical…). Staff always answered the phone and were ready and willing to address any questions or concerns. Everyone was responsive and professional.We would happily recommend McNearny Homes to anyone who was looking to build.

We just wrapped up building a house in Lakeville and are incredibly excited to make this home ours! For being first time home builders, Bob and his team made building a home feel easy. From taking the time to answer all of our questions, to explaining in detail what the process looks like, we are beyond thankful for having them to help us through. Also a shout out to Hannah for being a rock star and so responsive to all of our panicked emails! Bob and his team helped to make our dream home come to life and we couldn't have had a better experience with McNearney Custom Homes! If we ever decide to build again, Bob will absolutely be the first person we call!
