Bob and Kyle are great and easy to work with. Our home is truly beautiful, but it has its issues. I have been putting off doing a review for awhile now, but today I feel like it needs to be said. The quality in work is not there. We have been here 2 1/2 years and everything held up fine the first “warranty/workmenship” year. This past summer it’s been a nightmare. Closest doors falling off their rails, door corners constantly chipping, base board trim paint is chipping even where a vacuum doesn’t touch it, floor squeaks like no other(which is now discontinued even tho it was the best thing around at the time), loose plumbing, hardware around the house come to... read full review

Each step of the way, Bob and his staff were ready to help and keep us informed.McNearny Homes designed and built our home on budget and on time. They worked directly with our bank to ensure the project was consistently within budget. Bob kept in regular contact with both us and the sub-contractors we worked with (interior design, carpentry, plumbing, electrical…). Staff always answered the phone and were ready and willing to address any questions or concerns. Everyone was responsive and professional.We would happily recommend McNearny Homes to anyone who was looking to build.
