The entire crew at Pure Home Restoration is fantastic. From our initial conversations about potential damage with Jeff to project completion I was very impressed.
Our claim wasn't an easy one, but the folks at Pure Home made it happen! They fought for us-guided how to navigate the frustrations and hoops that the insurance company forced us to jump through. Pure Home Restoration did a great job working with our insurance provider to cover the replacement of our roof and all of our windows and a sliding glass door that had hail damage. And our out-of-pocket costs were kept to a minimum. Their employee, Luke K. did a great job throughout the entire process, keeping us updated with all the communication between the installers and our insurance provider. I would highly recommend them.
