Pure Home Restoration did a great job working with our insurance provider to cover the replacement of our roof and all of our windows and a sliding glass door that had hail damage. And our out-of-pocket costs were kept to a minimum. Their employee, Luke K. did a great job throughout the entire process, keeping us updated with all the communication between the installers and our insurance provider. I would highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience from working with my sales consultant Josh T. to the crew doing the actual installation and the front office people. Josh was more than willing to help me fight when my initial storm claim wasn’t going to cover the new roof. And thankfully we ended up lucking out with a second storm - but he was ready and willing to help me fight or weigh my options had we needed to. I felt well informed to make my decisions and was able to get my upgrades at a great price. Would definitely recommend for any roof and gutter needs.

Don guided us through what we thought were all the hard decisions that stressed us out. Once we were ready and had made up our minds it was all business. The project was quickly started and completed with high quality work and care. Of course unforeseen minor issues were identified by the team. Plans for the issues were presented and fixes were made as soon as the weather allowed. The communication was very good and there just wasn't any reason to worry anymore.
