Dear Post - Why are you getting rid of this product? While we eat gluten free, more fiber is needed in our diets. I have gone hunting for this product and wrote a review of where to find them in my local store.The instant oatmeal does not have the same nutrition that these old fashioned oats has. I read the ingredients of most products to weed out the junk.I also made an Amish apple crumble that was fantastic with these oats. Nothing compares, and I like trying new brands.At a time when families need to be eating better, this is the kind of product that should be in every foodbank! Birthday Cake Pebbles: Sugary breakfast cereals are one of my favorite nostalgic treats. I mean what kid doesn't enjoy sleeping in on a Saturday and then having a late morning bowl of cereal with cartoons?! I also enjoy all things birthday cake, so when I saw Post was releasing these back in March I knew I had to try them. This limited-edition cereal features colorful festive flakes (blue, pink and yellow), along with a delicious vanilla birthday cake and frosting flavor. Interesting fact, Pebbles was the first brand ever created around a TV show character. It's named after Fred Flintstone's daughter Pebbles from "The Flintstones", which aired on TV from 1960 to 1966. I have a high standard when it comes to birthday cake flavored treats and I'm ecstatic to report that this cereal hit the nail on the head. I preferred eating it dry as a snack as opposed to a bowl with milk. If you enjoy vanilla cake then this is a must try as it's as close as you can get to having a piece of cake in your cereal bowl.
