The staff is friendly, calm, business-like and instills confidence for pup parents. End result? Gidget passed her orientation day and came home very, very tired. Yay!“

But the tech was very calm, slow and did an amazing job with my dog. Held him gently, but firmly and talked nice to him. My dog was very nervous I could see him shaking from across the room and he didn't even growl at him. Didn't get the tech's name, but was very impressed.“
