I didn’t realize the rest periods were always at the same time and that’s on me. It just never coincided with pick up before I guess. (I realize you are not an exercise facility.)
Cricket has been really stressed due to things going on so I probably overreacted as it was really important that she have a positive time today.
I thank PP&S for the quick response.
Usually Cricket has a great time here. Today I was disappointed in that her 2-hour rest was the last hours of her stay. It’s just not ideal that she’s all rested up again when I’m expecting her time with you to help get rid of her energy!
I realize I only checked the webcams periodically, but I never saw the counselor(s) give her any attention despite the fact she rarely leaves their side. (She prefers the people to the other dogs.) I don’t expect her to get constant attention but a few pets wouldn’t be too much to ask?”
