Got locked out of my house and they said someone would call me in 5-10 mins to say they are on their way. 20 mins passed, no word. Tried calling them back 3 times and each time they hung up without answering. Terrible service. 0 stars to be honest.

I agree with Trevor's review. They are not located where the address says they are. When I called and explained my situation, I needed a door alignment, they asked if I needed a new lock and said no and I explained the situation again. I could hear them physically hang up the phone without saying anything.I called back to see why he hung up on me, he asked what I needed so I explained it to him again and he responded, do you need a new lock? I explained my situation for a fourth time to no response so I asked is this something you can do? He said no and hung up.It sounds like they are a call center and are just trying to get easy jobs to pawn off to someone local.

This is a fake store, I would be very careful with this one.I called the number and a lady answered who told me the price for emergency locksmith service was $25 for the dive out and then lock-picking started at $25 depending on the type of lock. I agreed and she said she would send her guy out. The guy showed up over an hour later and didn't seem to know the person who sent him. He immediately said he couldn't pick the lock and charged me hundreds of dollars to drill it out (I couldn't refuse given the situation).
