We Truly enjoyed working with our Home Pro America Team. Everyone at Home Pro America made us feel at ease and were always available for questions. My husband Greg and I really enjoyed the process. We now have a lovely kitchen.Meeting with Robert Skinner was so much fun. Robert has a wonderful demeanor, and explained the process of remodeling our kitchen in a easy to understand way. HomePro has been very responsive and communicative in terms of what we were looking for with our budget. We worked directly with the owner and a seasoned project manager who were very prompt and responsive to our needs. The owner called us directly if there was a change in project or something was delayed. We felt that we were not just another customer on the list. We felt that our budget, needs and expectations were considered and thought about thoroughly. Home Pro America was a great partner for my major remodeling project. The project consisted of my whole main floor - kitchen, bathroom, master bath, master bedroom, living room, office, guest bedroom. I also had my deck completely redone. I continued to live in the home on the lower level while the remodeling was done. Their staff was professional and supportive. Angie was awesome, walking me through the intimidating design process step-by-step with great ideas and advice. Jamie the project manager was always quick with solutions and problem solving.
