Recently contacted the company both through the website and emailed their agent directly to learn more about the process of building. Never received a response. Very poor communication which is sad. So I wouldn't advise wasting time trying to contact them.

I built my home with Pietsch Builders in late 2017. My wife and I talked with many other builders and looked at many other model homes. We were both very surprised at the shoddy work that other builders put in their model homes. Pietsch builders models were all very high quality and that is what made us go with them. The build process was quite enjoyable. There were a few issues that came up during the process but Doug, Karla and Jon were all very quick to respond and solve the issue - many times Jon already knew about the issue and had taken steps to resolve it without my asking.
